hi all... suffered from low test following a certain incident i cannot discuss here.
I checked my test two months ago when exhibiting symptons of low test (lethargy, poor erections, weak libido, difficulty gaining muscle) and I measured a measly 222 pmol and free test of 12.1 nmol/l.
In the two months following this till now, I have taken the following:
- 100mg of zinc piccolonate daily
- 400mg of magnesium
- 10,000 iu of Vit d
- a few weeks of tribulus
- increased fats
- increased red meat intake
got myself tested again on friday so I will post again when I have the results from the second blood test to see if the above regime has done anything to improve my test levels.
fingers crossed,

results are in:
so from april to june my results have increased significantly.
In april:
222/pmol and free test of 12.1 nmol.
current results:
371 pmol and free test of 17.8 nmol.
The tests were both taken early morning, after the same amount of sleep etc.
I think from this I can conclude that the above increase had something to do with the zinc, magnesium, vit d, tribulus and increase in fatty foods. Hope this can help other people in the same situation.

OP if you were "recovering from a situation" anyway why attribute it to the supplements you had?
I mean you were on the mend regardless weren't you?
Last time I looked into this it was asparagus asparagus asparagus. That stuff is like chewing tendons! Nice though, even raw its edible. They say its some sort of aphrodisiac but it apparently is the #1 food for helping increase test. I even read you should not have it too often, not sure why. Its more of a condiment than a "basic" veg. Plus its damn expensive stuff as well. If you do have it get ready for your piss to absolutely stink lol.
Something else as well, asparagus is healthier when cooked, apparently.u wot m1.68179283050742908606225095246644152⁴

Fair enough if there was a long gap.
Every green veg is packed with nutrition, but for test specifically, some site listed asparagus at the top.
What I was doing was just throwing about 7 different vegetables in a casserole with all sorts thrown in. Just throw in everything.u wot m1.68179283050742908606225095246644152⁴

Tribulus is a waste of money...I would also be careful taking 100mg of zinc pico every day. Copper deficiencies are no bueno. http://ergo-log.com/testosteroneboosters.html if you want a more scientific list of things that might actually boost testosterone.
