when i was on my bulk i would just have the post workout right after but now since i am cutting i take it after lifting and cardio and was wondering if this is bad at all? like i can't run later on in the day or anything because of bad knees so my cardio has to be done at the gym when im there and i get paranoid that im waiting to long to have this meal. I useually do 45 min of cardio then shower so pretty much an hour after i finish weight training is when i eat. Would it be better to like have a shake after lifting then wait 20 min then do cardio or does all this not really matter much
