oh lawd, started doing cardio again this week, not really tracking or doing specific numbers, generally 20-35min of LISS, some jogging and sleds every now and then

so ran smolov jr for bench(3 weeks) bench went from 275 to 295 and form was definitely a lot cleaner but really stressful on my joints

Been running inverted juggernaut method, for squat/dead and smolov jr for bench. but this week running juggernaut for all 3 lifts. did 275x5 for 8 sets olympic squat, strength/speed felt good but kept getting light headed.
moved my grip outside for the last couple sets due to shoulder discomfort, and it looks like my whitey tighties but its an undershirtIG: kenneth_prime
