Hi guys,
I was just wondering how much the diet should differ on day offs during cut? I'm on 2100 cals cutting now.

I eat the same everyday, trying to eat back calories burned on lifting days will lead to failure. Just figure out how many calories you need to lose weight and stay with that daily until it stops working, then readjust.

I shoot for a weekly average. For example this week I want to average 2575 per day. That comes from my 60 day average +100 because I've gained .5 lb in 60 days and I'll accept gaining a little faster. To hit my target average I'll do 2825 Sat and Sun when I tend to indulge anyway. Then 2475 Mon-Fri when I tend to be more disciplined. Might sound complicated, but it works for me.
