The whole point of quarter squats is you have more weight on the quads and less on the hammys and glutes. How does that make one a dick? Maybe they already have a big ass.

Ugh, finally, work week is over.

Off until Sunday evening, where I then travel for a training course I will be in next week. They mention it "will involve long hours, and some night exercises." So I was like uhhh hey what do you define as long hours?

She said course is about 76 total hours. Umm.....wat?

Considering it starts at 0800 Monday and ends at 1700 Friday, that leaves a total of 29 non-training hours all week. So if it were broken up evenly (which it never is), that's four 15-hour days, and one 16-hour day. And then just about 7 hours of downtime at the end of each day. Then subtract meals, hygiene, gear prep, etc, that will probably leave me with 3 hours of sleep a night.

I'm getting too old for this sht. I was seriously considering withdrawing from the course, lmao.

I like to pace back and forth in front of them like a caged animal..the whole time flaring my nostrils and making it a point to stop stare at the clock then look directly at them while raising one eyebrow both arms on my hips in mom stance tapping my foot

I usually say "Obviously you are done here right?" LOL! I have had it happen and politely ask them if they are not using the machine/bench or whatever would they mind moving so I can use it. Most of the people in my gym are pretty nice and will move.
