I may be ditching all weight training soon in exchange for training for parkour.

I have Settlers of Catan, Mindtrap (which isn't that fun), and Carcassonne.
Preferably a game that's fun to play even with two players.

I've recently cut back from 5 days a week to 3, I now run 4 days a week.

Yea. Here's the thing though. I frackin' hate running. With a passion (still manage to run about 5 miles a week).
But I can do everything else. Climb, pull myself up, run up walls. Lol. I want to put it together and see what I get. Seems exhilarating.

There's too many wimmin in those classes. I'd probably pull my hair out if I joined one of those.

I prefer to train with a select few non-creepy males or alone. Alone being the better choice.

I'm sure you're doing more weight than me...but we'd do relatively light and then walk a long way. Kind of a cardio thing as well, and I'd definitely have to set them down, pick them up and go a while, etc...I haven't done them in a while since I moved (used to do this with a neighbor, walking from his house to mine)...

I've been thinking about trying them again with just the trap bar instead of the handles but I remember being sore as chit every time we did that.

OHP is overhead press.

As has been already mentioned, deads, OHP, pullups are good too. GOO mentioned farmer's walks. That'd be great.

If you aren't getting results for your traps.. try increasing intensity. More reps or add weight. Maybe add weight on your pullups.

Games that are worth playing are games that end when someone wins as far as board games go.

A complicated and rather long game that you should play during the day is Arkham Horror - bit pricey though. Tons of rules - so you really should design a "quick check" follow along list to make sure you are playing the game right.

We usually (as a house rule) throw out the "loan" from the bank because it is too easy to cheat and win in the initial setup. If you play with an expansion pack (meaning you add to the board) go ahead and bring it back in because if you don't follow the "buy" to win method you'll probably lose in a 11 full rounds.

Arkham horror with more people = more likely to win... but you're on a team.

When I lived closer to my original home and my friends/family and we played this game we had about a 55% win ratio because certain characters are god awful.

I personally don't like to use them, but if you are trying to shrug heavier than your grip strength, simply use straps

**** the government hits your hard when you forget to pay something.

I found out today I forgot to pay my excise tax bill from April 2013. It was originally $35. Now I owe $106 after all the late fees.

What really pisses me off is when I got my 2014 bill in the spring they didn't mention anything about owing for the previous year.

I guess I could try. They have right on their website though that "Failure to receive a bill does not excuse you from the tax or fees that accrue on outstanding excise tax bills."

What gets me is that actually interest is only $6.

The bulk of the extra fees are because they charged me $15 each for 3 late notices which I never received.

How are you going to charge someone $15 a letter and not even send them certified?
