New here, need some advices please

Hi everyone, Im new here and I was hoping someone could give me some advices.
Im 1,80m (5'11) and weight around 65kg (143.3 pounds). I've been going to the gym since last summer, although I never took it serious. I play basketball too.
This summer I want to come back and train really hard and keep myself focused.
Here's a photo of my body, what advices can you give me? My goal is just getting a bit bigger, kinda tired of being this skinny
Is there any supplement I could take? A Friend of mine suggest Supreme Gainer from Gold Nutrition.
    Thanks!

start taking it serious, start a program and start eating
food should be nutrition, not filling of an empty stomach.

If you want to get bigger you need to train hard and eat a lot. Eat a lot of protein, and remember to eat your good carbs and fats. Also if you want to get bigger you can't be playing too much basketball or else you'll just be losing any gains you make doing all that cardio. Just eat a lot and healthy no need for mass gainers or none of that

Get on a progressive overload routine and get a base of strength set up. I'd recommend BLSS (Babylover's starting strength), look it up it's a variation of the original SS that makes a bit more sense. It's really good for newb gains but you gotta eat alot to keep up with the progress.
