Sad thing is, I keep refreshing email on my phone hoping I'll see an email that it shipped since it was due to ship today. I suspect that will come later given they're a small shop.

I hit 345 x 1. I maybe could have done a little more but I didn't go any higher . So 405 is still a ways away for me but happily I finally deadlifted 405. Very stoked!

    Bench and squats today.

Really didn't feel like squatting, because I'm just at the starting end of a flu, but I ended up doing 5x5 at 247.5lbs

Stick to your program and 405 will be here before you know it man. Dont make to big of jumps and just let the form and strength come.

I hit 375 a few weeks ago. I'm using that as my 1RM and starting 5/3/1. That puts a 405 attempt in 9 cycles or 36 weeks. I'll likely hit it prior to that. My main goal right now is a 500 lb deadlift in my meet next month so focus has been put towards that.

Agreed. I am going to take a little break to do some 10k training but I will move right back to my program after I am done with that.

I would suggest starting lighter than that man. Ive been running 5/3/1 for a while and I can tell you that starting light is the best thing you can do. I used 90% of my 90% when I started. Ive made progress every single cycle since the start with no stalling and big gains.

May I join, but aim for 315 instead of 405?

    Today, at 115lbs, I hit 230lb squat, 85lbs short of 315.

I switch between Wendler's 5/3/1 and Wendler's Base Program he wrote into Beyond 5/3/1. Great results so far. I'm considering doing a reset next month, dropping 30lbs off my lifts, and restarting with 5x5. Never done Rippetoes but keep reading about it, wanna try it!

I guess I wasn't clear. My 1RM will not be my TM. My TM will be 90% of that as the program calls for. I've been using it with deadlifts as written and it works well with me.

    Making them squat gains tonight.

Week 2 of my 5/3/1 squats:
    135 x 10
    185 x 5
    225 x 3
    250 x 3
    285 x 3
    320 x 5 x 3
felt like I could have done those for 8 each. Such a deep burn in my quads thou once it was all done.

Great stuff!!! You might want to take a look into his 5/3/1 for Powerlifting program/book. I finally read it and will be switching my program up to follow it as I gear up for my meet. Allows you to start working heavy singles into your training and changes up the weeks to go Heavy/Medium/Heavy/Deload

Squatted 315 x 1 for the first time about 6 months ago. Then warmed up to 315 every 4 days on squat day for as many reps as I could. When I could do 6 reps I started to warm up to 365 for a single. Do 3 sets of 365 single, then back down to 315 for as many reps as possible for 3 sets. I never missed a 365 squat, so after about 3 squat days doing that I worked up to attempt a 405 single. I failed it about 5 squat days in a row before I hit it with help from a spotter, and eventually without any help. So basically working up to 3 1rm singles and then backing down for some reps. So that's how I hit my 405. Sry no pics/vid.
