    you were going too easy on the eating, i would eat a little more. We tall brahs have a higher base metabolic rate (comes with the extra weight we carry). keep bulking and ideally you should eat so you gain 'bout a pound per week.

    I see. I've been using an app (MyFitnessPal) to track calories, currently getting in 3300 cals a day with the macros usually being something like 50 % carbs, 30 % fat and 20% protein (I get in x grams of protein according to total weigh in lbs).

    Thanks. I weighed 70 kg (154 lbs) before, not sure about now but if I have to guess I'd say around 80 kg (176 lbs). I really need to find time to weigh myself. :P

    I agree with noodlesfromhell. It could be better in 10 months. My recommendation would be to bulk more. Def can see changes in your chest width-wise, but I'd def recommend eating way more.

    Thx for the advice brah. I eat at a calorie surplus atm but most of my calories come from fats, hope that's not too bad @ my current state.

    Damn, just weighed myself, 165 lbs (75 kg)... was kinda disapointed, hoped being around 80 kg... I will start eating like mad from now on, even junk food etc...
