Just good old Dusty training. Dusty is up there on my list of guys I love to watch train, or would love to train with. As far as intensity/poundage/form/volume, there's not many guys that get after it like him these days.

Ive trained with Dusty a few times and it he is a blast to train with. Fun and strong as an ox, really inspiring

How many calories does that dude eat a day? Never seen someone eat so much food day in day out.

He has meal prep videos, but anywhere from 300-500+ carbs and 300-400g Protein, now that he is dieting the carbs probably fluctuate but I wouldnt be suprised if even when dieting he is over 3000-4000 cals a day if not more some daysOriginally Posted by StevieMe
