You can call them with your order number and they can look it up, but it sounded like they had a bunch of shipments awaiting pickup that were just backlogged because of the holiday weekend. They apparently ship out of Ontario, California, so it should be fairly quick domestic transit once they leave.

Was just looking at these and realized they're tiny. 2.6 x 1 x 1.5 with a volume of 2 oz (liquid) so basically 1/4 cup. I got another brand via Prime of cupcakes ones that are 3 oz volume. Doesn't sound like much but it's 50% more. And they were only $6.30

they ship product out once they get enough orders from what i heard. thats why some people are getting it right away and some take a long time. weird way of doing things

As far as I can tell, it's still a very small operation. If the order numbers are any indication, they've only done a few thousand shipments at this point (over quite a few months); I'd imagine if/when it grows in popularity they'll scale their fulfillment up accordingly, but it probably doesn't make sense for them to do a dozen every other day or whatever their rate may be.

http://www.shop.mysweetit.com/main.sc that's the only other one i've found out there. They ship from U.S. and have Priority mail and the super cheap mailing option too. The 32oz option is 1.12kg's, I already e-mailed them. Wish they had a bigger bulk option

Not sure how to measure so i guess that 1 tbsp was 5g, so that many tbsp in a cup to get 55g would be half a cup, what a waste, but banana nut + IMO syrup is pretty damn tasty

I made 8 bars with 200g syrup yesterday, so you definitely can get by with less syrup. Birthday Cake Oreo bars. So delicious.

200g syrup
4 Birthday Cake Oreos (crushed)
180g Vanilla protein

Each bar weighs around 55g

I made 8 bars with 200g syrup yesterday, so you definitely can get by with less syrup. Birthday Cake Oreo bars. So delicious.

My experience has been the higher ratio of vitafiber, the stickier it is, and more chewy. I find with blends 30g works well, to make a brownie like texture that blows the texture of every protein bar I have ever had out of the water.
