I got so used to training with 10-20 other guys every single time last year and it was so easy to stay energized and motivated, I don't like this as much lol. Ex wanted to work out with me and we did for a few weeks but it literally led to fights lol. Don't enjoy lifting with women at all.

Could not imagine lifting regularly with a woman. Even if SHE wasn't a problem, I just treat the gym as getaway time, and in that sort of environment, I personally know I'd be prone to emotional swings if my workout didn't go as planned.

The first time, it worked out great, not so much the second time, where I learned my lesson: Unless there's 12321321321 people you work with, really it's a huge risk, especially if you're in a position where people can compromise you. Sexual harassment is real. Now that I'm old and experienced, I really keep inter-work flirting to a minimum.
