i just tried the Pierre's splenda ice cream, chocolate peanut cup. and it tastes great, just like the real thing. each serving has--120 calories, 7 fat, 14 carbs (4 fiber, 4 sugar alcohols) 5 protein. something close to that at least, i dont have the container here. but anyways this stuff is pretty good, if you love ice cream and dont want the additional fat and sugars that come with it.

the thing i like about this is that they use splenda. this stuff is good, my mom even likes it, and shes not a diet food person.
edit: the ice cream is called SLENDER by Pierre. most groceries chains carry it."I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. Ooh, that does sound good. Blue Bunny's Caramel Toffee Crunch [fat free/no sugar added] is also one of my faves. I can't remember the nutritional info off the top of my head, but it only has 90 calories, no fat, and it's sweetened with Splenda. I looooove it.
Skinny Cow is really good, but has TONS of sugar so I rarely [if ever] buy them. Their new strawberry shortcake ice cream sandwiches are to die for, though- my aunt forced one on me. Yum.
