US Presbyterian Church votes to recognize same-sex marriage as Christian

Maybe you're right. Religious attendance is like economics; market forces and competing products and consumer demand will determine affiliation.
I personally can't imagine why one would want a Christian gay marriage or how anyone comes to the conclusion that homosexuality isn't frowned upon in religion generally.*Equal Protection Clause Advocates Crew*

^ I don't think you guys get how stupid/backwards/primitive you sound when you refer to someone as a heretic.
Brb every Protestant movement was heretical at one point.
Brb America founded by heretics
Brb "heretic" makes you sound like some 17th century peasant living in SalemSquat: 315lb

This is what is going to happen.
The PCUSA was one of the more socially liberal mainline protestant denominations. The only one more liberal than they, would be the episcopalians, and not even they had same sex marriage, rather they simply had a liturgy to bless same sex unions.
This move by the PCUSA was being watched by all the other mainline denominations, and you will soon see something follow suit in them. The episcopalians will recognize ssm, then the methodists, then the (non-LCMS) lutherans, etc. This will cause splintering in all of those churches. This issue has been a growing faultline in mainline protestantism (and soon will be in evangelical protestantism) and it just cracked.'On many levels, mathematics itself operates as Whiteness.
