Hi
For 2 months i tried to do my own diet , which is : eat what i want but in small portions and i lost around 20 pounds
and i'm now 87 kg = 191 pounds .
But , i look like i'm over 220 pounds , and many people said that to me .
my weight isn't like how i look , i have 43 inchs waist size !
I don't understand anything , what's the problem ?!

The problem is that you're fat. Everyone distributes their fat differently, and if you also have no lean muscle to go with it, then a proportionally greater amount of your body is fat, making you look even worse. The stickies will help you get on the right track. The info is laid on in plain terms. Your problem is not unique, just follow the advice that countless other people have, and you'll get results.

Sounds like you've got the 'typical' male fat storing genetics i.e all in the gut. The tradies at my work are all lean as fuk but they've got these huge pregnant guts, one guy can even stand up straight and rest his cup of tea and sandwich on his gut while running the press lol
Keep cutting and be thankful you aren't like me and a lot of other guys where we inherited the 'female' fat storing genes i.e all in the hips and ass.October 2012 - 420lb

Keep up the weight loss and literally hammer your Abs and Core with exercise OP.
Lots of Cardio.. Lots of Sit-Ups and Ab training!

Just keep losing weight. There's no spot reducing, there's not "blasting away the abs with 5 minutes a day." There's eating more or eating less than maintenance. Eat less, and you'll lose weight. And lift weights. Otherwise you're going to end up with Sid the Sloth's body from Ice Age.330.6 lbs - May 1st
