Mine :
Bench Press : 330lbs 1RM
Squat: 352lbs 1RM
Deadlift: 440lbs 1RM
OHP: 220lbs 1RM
100 % srs
I've been lifting for about 5 years now with a PPL routine for the last year or so

I'm naturally strong in pushing movements. I started out with a 155 OHP and could go for reps, just never struggled with going heavier although 220lbs has been my max for a while now

I haven't gone for my max since January when I was bulking. Hoping all these jump up quick when I start lean bulking soon. Been cutting for months now and strength is pretty stagnant.
Bench: 245
Squat: 335
Deadlift: 435
OHP: 165
Some strong miscers ITT if you aren't e-stating. Kind of proud to say I post on the misc.Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!

Can't bench or squat to save my life crew. Squattting hurts my neck so fkn badly. I have this little knot of a bone that sticks out. I usually do ATG of 20x3 with like 100lbs, and I skateboard long distance. My legs are my most developed body part**Swipes right on tinder with my dick crew**
