Except, we have texts that the original Christians were using. There is no "corruption" of the texts. They go back to the time of Christ. Scholars can vouch that the Bible has been the most accurately copied text in the history of planet Earth.

This negates the entire purpose of sending Yeshua. This leaves the people with not only one alternative to Allah's 'true' religion, but TWO - Judaism or Christianity which entails (among other things) following the message of Yeshua, which Allah himself had corrupted by tricking everyone. So for 600 years, Allah's pure religion was not to be found on this Earth and now (thanks to Allah's deception) had two competing faiths to deceive the people and tempt them away from the 'straight path'. This makes no sense.

I don't see how Jesus not being crucified reverses the corrections.

It appeared to the Romans and Jesus followers [not sure if Jesus's followers knew he wasn't actually crucified or not, but it won't make a difference to my post anyway] that Jesus was crucified. How is this misleading or creates corruption in what Jesus taught [from the Islamic perspective]?

Jesus's followers believed that he died, now what? they start living and preaching by what Jesus taught, which is the point of contention between Muslims and Christians What did Jesus actually teach?.. So the point is, The crucifixion itself shouldn't mislead or cause christians to create a a corrupted religion, the corruption didn't stem from believing Jesus died on the cross, it stemmed from false teachings by some people that claim they taught what Jesus taught.
