    Same one bro haha. And its my first show too. For what its worth, you look great. My prep coach told me to load up on water and then begin to pull water a few days before the comp.

    Your looking good bro. Just polish up your poses and stage presents. I am coming off a show and placed 4th to guys who was alot bigger but they didn't have the stage presents and lack of conditioning. You look great good luck.
