ARM DAY! - OFFICIAL DAY 2 - WEEK 1
Not much to report on here other than My workout was almost a MIRROR reflection of last weeks arm workout. Really working on some low rep/high weight to put some size on my arms. Been working out superb lately.

Had my brother make my PWO today while I got ready, can honestly say the less water used... the better the flavor. Just tasted horrible as opposed to the last few days with the amount of water he put in.
Spent a good 2 hours and 15 minutes at the gym, still nothing but energy flowing... Great Pump on top of it... Got some great compliments today both "IN" and "OUT" of the gym on my physique lately. The GlycoCarn definitely adds a big amount of fullness during and after a workout.

No sir, have had phenomenal results since beginning working out, my current routine is very watered down compared to what I used to do... It's more of a packed gym keeping me from getting through everything as opposed to the actual workout. Plus myself and 3 others take turns spotting eachother throughout our workouts. Also no problem thanks for selecting me to run the supps

SHOULDERS/BACK DAY! - OFFICIAL DAY 3 - WEEK 1
Sleep last night looked like 2:30AM - 10:00AM (Immediate Protein Shake in the Morning)
Really trying to concentrate on making sure I'm taking in enough Water/Protein per day.
Hit a brutal Shoulders/Back Training session which will have the details listed below.

Ran a two session day to get back into the groove for chest...
Felt awesome and had the pump of a champ for 36+ hours!
Initial Impressions

It's good to BE back, hate taking that much time off from the Gym... But I does do more good than it does bad when you lift consistently so the rest will be worth it in the long run.

Sooooooo something terrible happened this Wednesday... I was running on very little sleep and decided to take the day off and nap.
My roommate moved my SuperCharge on top of one of the stove. It should have been fine but he put it on the burner that included the oven vent. My roommate then proceeded to cook food in the oven and "MELT" my tub of SuperCharge. I lost about a 1/3 of my remaining powder... but still managed to scrape up a decent bit of what was left. That put a damper on my entire week. But now onto the positive side of things..
