WHERE IS FLUORIDE FOUND?:

- just about everywhere these days, including in water and anything which water is used in the production of. This includes but isn't limited to:
- tap water
- fruit and vegetable
- any foods you boil
- water based cosmetics
- soft drinks
- tea and coffee
- toothpaste
- plastics in which water is used in the setting process
- blood donor injections

IS FLUORIDE BAD FOR ME OR IS IT JUST HYPE?:

I'm not going to immediately say it's bad for you, but even more I'm defnitiely not saying fluoride being bad is hype. Some argue that its required in the body while others argue that it should be treated as per its 1800s namesake: "The Devil's Poison"

DOES THE AUTHOR CUT FLUORIDE?:

Most certainly, I've cut down my water consumption by a considerable amount, shortened the time of my showers and stopped using toothpase altogether. I probable have much lower fluoride levels than most normal people.

IF I CUT IT OUT, WILL THAT MAKE ME SOME WEIRD CHEMICO-PHOBE HIPPY?:

No, you're cutting out fluoride which essentially means not drinking tap water and consuming other cosmetics with high levels of it. You're entire day and what you do in it and your other routines may remain the same.

WHAT ARE THE PHYSICAL EFFECTS OF REMOVING FLUORIDE?:

less drowsiness during the day, you may feel more energetic which may mean staying up longer at night. A slight increase in sex drive is also to be expected

WHAT ARE THE PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PHYSIOLOGICAL EFFECTS OF REMOVING FLUORIDE?:

This topic is far too broad to put in one thread. Entire books have been written about fluoride's effect on the brain and it is simple to broad a topic. An important base point though is that fluoride tends to reduce the function of the pineal gland (the body's instinctive thought center). When fluoride is removed you may find yourself thinking a lot clear. Let me put it this way. There are certain personality types that go with high fluoride consumption and low fluoride consumption. Have you ever seen someone who likes to do things 'as they've always been done'? When deciding how to act in a situation they think "what have people similar to me done in circumstances like this before?" - those are your high fluoride individuals. Kids who dress like 50 Cent after watching his videos, the son who uses the same sayings as his dad, the friend who always copies your 1-2-2-1-2 knock when arriving at your house, yep, you guessed it - high fluoride. High fluoride people are the logical thinkers who find it hard to create new ways of doing things. On the other hand people with little fluoride are the creators and inventors, they create new methods, their own style and new ways of thinking and behaving.

Another point is control. Fluoride people are quite easy to control in social situations whereas low fluoride people are the leaders and charismatics who no one can seem to put a reign on. In brief the effects of low fluoride levels are:
- increased charisma
- markedly (significantly) decreased social anxiety
- increased foresight (you may predict things such as someone turning into an elevator instead of around a corner 10-15 seconds before they happen - see 'pineal gland')
- you will feel slightly more euphoric than you usually do (since fluoride decreases the production of dopamine)
- increased self control (you will be, how do I put it, unmanipulatable)
- will need less sleep
- will have slightly more energy

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO NOTICE A DIFFERENCE?:

You will notice a difference by the second day and a marked difference by the 4th day

You make it sound like the activation of the pineal gland is such a scary and evil thing. Are you Christian? lol You open your mind, yes, but also to the higher realms of consciousness. It is your Spiritual Eye, the seat of the Soul, your direct connect to God! If you are personally experiencing such events then it may just be a reflection of your current state of mind at the time. Lower Mind = Hell ... Higher Mind = Heaven. You choose.
