Can I take whey protein with pre-workout stim like c4 or neon volt?

Looking for improving my workouts by taking whey protein shake before my workout with stims. What would be the ideal time to consume the whey protein before taking stim? Please advise.

Wouldn't improve your workout by any means. Would just lesson the effects of C4 most likely.

Ok. Can I consume it say like 30 min before I take Stim pre-workout? I usually workout in the mornings and would like to know if I can improve my workouts.

Whey Protein is powdered protein, you could eat a whole food meal and i would suggest that 90 minutes prior to a workout and then c4 about 20 minutes prior.
If you train upon waking then take the c4 upon waking and train and have meal 1 post-workout

When you cannot get whole foods is when you should substitute or utilize whey protein to help reach and meet protein intake/minimums.

Shakes don't sit well pre workout with me; grab an intra product with aminos instead IMO.

What do you do when you wake up but are too hungry to lift? I personally feel that if I don't have any food in me before I lift I can't finish my routine.

Have something light like a bowl of oatmeal mixed with some whey.

Either a Banana or some intra carbs to hold me over with 5-10grams BCAA's

I would drink the protein shake afterwards. Preworkouts hit better on an empty stomach.
