    yes they do

2 or 3 cloves daily for garlic

    also:

Raw garlic is good if you crush it first (this way you actually "create" allicin - active ingredient). The problem is you will smell bad of course (especially when taking long-term). Most garlic pills are quite useless, as the enzyme which activates allicin in garlic is destroyed by the stomach acid. Enteric coating is quite unpredictable in regard of protecting allinase (enzyme which activates allicin).

Do you think it's coincidence that our testosterone steadily declines every year? We're a shadow of our ancestors just look at how many males have low test, erectile dysfunction, high pitched voices and tiny wrists.

Time to wake up and get all that filth removed (srs) I've been aware and avoiding all of their gender bender poisons and detoxing regularly for years which is why my test is 1275 ng/dl which is considered astronomical for a modern male but 50 years ago it would've been the low average

Something needs to be done about this ****, NOW.

Fun fact: beer made out of hops (90%) is disgustingly estrogenic, this is why its marketed as a mans drink
All true but you'll get called a conspiracy theorist, god people are dumb as fuk, as dumb as a box of rocks srs. If something doesn't quite sit well with them it is automatically classified as a "conspiracy theory", that is in itself a mental illness far worse to me than some dude sat with a literal tin foil hat on, at least he has some fuking conviction.

If the sun came up today, its a conspiracy theory to some people... but I mean to the people that CALL everyone "conspiracy theorist" all the time, they call everything a conspiracy theory, even straight facts like Prescott S Bush funding Hitler, the people that deny anything is wrong even when presented with total proof up one side and down the other.

"They'd never do that" when they are doing it. Well if people say "they would never do that" to stuff that is actually happening then yeah, people are experts at denying anything is wrong, god knows how we have been reduced to that. Lack of test is just one of ten thousand other similar attacks on our being.

    It's our food too.

Hmm, it has just occured to me.. The average test levels have fallen, but could that be because years ago, many more people would die to diseases and illnesses? People had to have high T and healthy genes to survive, but these days, not so much due to medical advances.

Anyone got anything to say to this?

Avoid sweets and sugar drinks. Read the following quote:

Testosterone is temporarily reduced by having your blood sugar spike, and low T is pretty much a given if you have diabetes. For example, a new study found that men who had normal insulin health had a 25 percent decrease in T after ingesting a drink containing sugar. T remained low for 2 hours, and nearly 80 percent of the men had their T drop to levels that would be considered clinical testosterone deficiency.

This study tested an acute or one time spike in blood sugar, but if your blood sugar is elevated over and over again, the entire hormonal cascade will be thrown off and you will suffer from chronically low T. We saw in #4 how lack of sleep alters blood sugar management and insulin health, resulting in lower T and higher cortisol. With an unfavorable ratio of T to cortisol, you will experience a catabolic or tissue-degrading state, leading to muscle loss, and greater fat accumulation.
Also, avoid gluten (wheat, malt), in beer, vodka, whisky, etc.

I found capsules, which includes all 3 + Ginkgo in 1 capsule:
    http://www.organicnutrition.co.uk/ar...irculation.htm

    (us people) http://www.poorcirculation.org/herbal-remedy.htm

"We recommend taking 2 to 4 capsules a day.

"...This gives you approximately 4 to 8 weeks supply depending on quantity consumed each day."

    Ingredients

There are only 4 ingredients in each capsule.

    Garlic 143 mg
    Ginger 92 mg
    Ginkgo Biloba 97 mg
    Cayenne 68 mg
The total capsule size is 400 mg. All these ingredients are certified organic!

A bit pricey, but I might give it a go, but I'd like to get my test checked before I try these out for some months. Most stuff is best raw, but I can't be bothered eating that **** everyday. Taste like **** raw. Taste good with food of course, but ain't no chef

I don't feel this is a common enough occurrence to worry about, and even if someone buys drugs just to flush down the toilet to **** with people, it would get diluted to a level that would constitute harmless. I have an environmental engineering degree, please tell me about treatment facilities and their processes.

Besides, the majority of sanitary sewage gets treated, and put back into the world's water supply, which would dilute it immensely, before being pumped to a water treatment facility that then treats the water to drinking water quality. The drugs in the water have more of a chance of ****ing with a fish than you directly. There could be something to be said about the food chain and us affecting fish this way making it's way up the chain to harm us, but that is another topic.
The way we teach people to dispose of drugs is to crush them up, mixed them in old grinded up coffee grounds, place them in a zip lock bags and throw them in the trash, and if you don't know this you are to take your drugs to your local pharmacy for them to dispose of. The vast majority of our overly medicated population doesn't know this and even if they do, its just too much work to deal with when you can just throw them down the sink.

Also, you're right, these drugs are extremely dilute, however it really depends on where you live. I live in Albuquerque. If you've ever flown over this city we're nothing more than a small city in the middle of a desert. The water we have here is not coming from a river that leads to an ocean, so we rely heavily on sewage treatment facilities to clean our water, moreso than coastal lying states or states with many bodies of water. When I took Quant (horrbile class but interesting to say the least) we tested the water quality here in New Mexico. We were able to find flouride in our water as well as unknown chemicals (byproducts) that are not naturally found in nature. In other words, the only way they can exist is if they were created synthetically in a lab. you'd probably have to go through the the top 200 prescription drugs and all of their metabolites to really pin down where these chemicals are originating from, but these products were found in the ppt ppq levels, so it would literally take a lifetime if not longer to feel any adverse effects from the drugs in our water.

Although the analysis by Travison et al did reveal significant age-related increases in adiposity and medication use and a welcome decline in smoking, the age-matched decline in testosterone concentrations persisted even after adjusting for these variables,” Shalender Bhasin, MD, of the section of endocrinology, diabetes, and nutrition, Boston University School of Medicine, wrote in an accompanying editorial.

He voiced concern over the decline and its public health impact on American men.

“This magnitude of change during such a short period is disquieting,” Bhasin wrote. “Although increasing adiposity and lifestyle factors that were recorded in the [Massachusetts Male Aging Study] could not account for the secular trends in testosterone level, it is possible that other lifestyle factors, such as increasing use of tight-fitting underwear, increasing room temperatures in American homes and offices during the past three decades, decreased physical activity with increased body mass indices and decreased smoking could have contributed to the declining testosterone levels in men.”

There are several limitations of this study, including a small age-matched trend and limited geographic region surveyed, but the researchers said these data should not be ignored. –by Katie Kalvaitis
They're sampling older and older men and wondering why testosterone is decreasing...

The age sample of the first group was 47-70, then the 2nd was 50-80 and the 3rd at 57-80

    yes, yes, yes

This stuff is more or less above broscience status, xenoestrogens are no joke. Lots of times the people writing/talking about it come at it from a sensational angle to convince people while it does the opposite for us good skeptics.

You can get anything in a pill/capsule.

For garlic get aged. Kyolic is a good brand. Aged garlic also helps with cardiovascular system. Blood pressure, cholesterol etc. Also helps as insect repellent. Garlic is awesome!

These will help normalize and detox your endocrine system / glands which will lead to an increase in testosterone, start research xenoestrogens and avoid all that **** like the plague.

Estrogen in RX form is most often given as a pill or cream. There is no need to inject it like you would test. Although test is a stronger hormone, having our systems bombarded with huge amounts of estrogen from our environment can cause estrogen dominance and lead to side effects which in themselves decrease test (primarily obesity).
