Is a gym needed for muscle gain?

I have dumbells, a barbell and easy curl bar with 100kg (220lbs) of weights and a pullup bar. Can I gain muscle at home doing the workout below or is a gym needed? Will I gain significant mass with this workout?

    Day 1: (Push)
    Core workout (planks, bicycles, crunches)
    Chest-dumbbell press
    Chest-dumbbell flys
    shoulders- alternating dumbbell press
    shoulders-side raise
    Triceps-Dumbbell french press/Skull crushers
    Tricep dips

    Day 2: (Pull)
    Lats-pullups
    Lats-chinups
    Lats-barbell rows
    Biceps-Dumbbell curl
    Biceps-Hammer curl

    Day 3: Legs
    Core workout
    Lunges
    Deadlift
    Calf raises
Squats with dumbbells (Is this safer as I don't have a cage?)

If you can't get a cage or half rack, do allpro and power clean the bar into a front squat position

No need for a gym membership with all your equipment

Does this workout cover everything? Is a bench press needed? Would goblet squats be better?

I think I'll join a gym instead because I found out about Lee Hayward's 12 week programme and I was told I would make much more gains in muscle mass and strength with that than this one.

It seems like you have enough equipment already to get the job done for awhile at least.

Just don't do barbell bench press at home unless you have a spotter. But it sounds like you'll be using dumbbells anyway, which is probably better.
