Im a 20 year old male who is a about 120lbs and 5'8 (I know beast right). Ive tried all the gimmicky plans like the p90x, these did nothing and just wasted 3 months of time i could of used on other workouts. Im looking for a home workout plan that uses basic equipment (free weights, pull up bar, EZ curl) to make me stronger Im not necessarily bothered about having perfect abs just want to be stronger and fill out a shirt for once. The problem i have though is I work variable shifts on a 6 days on 4 day off schedule so i never have two weeks with the same days off making a schedule quite difficult. Anyone able to help me? hopefully you can get what i'm trying to say i'm not very good at writing thses things.
Thanks

I know how hard it is working and finding the motivation to go to the gym, but im sure you have a gym nearby you can go to. No matter what times you work, you dont need to go to the gym at the same time every day to get results. I go to the gym whenever I feel pumped and motivated that day which can range from early in the morning to 10 o clock at night. Good luck man!
