Tbh, it's too early to tell really. I am in my 3rd week of this 12 week cut. I am already 6 lbs down, jeans feeling a little looser and shirts not touching my stubborn lower belly fat that I've always had. I also feel like I've gained a little definition in my arms. Tbh, I'm not interested in loosing weight. I'm interested in leaning up. Gaining definition and looking cleaner. So ya, I guess is workin' out for me... No I have not tried not refeeding, but I'm not completely sure it 100% necessary for people who aren't super lean like myself. Most of the time, refeeding is for people who are already lean looking get leaner for a show. The reason why is because their hormone (leptin) levels become low and it makes it difficult to loose that extra bf%. Ingesting those 50% more carbs while keeping the other macros the same give the metabolism a kick. What ever I am doing is working, so I've been stickin' to it. Once I plateau out or I get to my goal, then I will change things.
Like I told you before, experiment with it. I realize that if you try changing one thing ever 2 weeks you will be on a year long cut like you said earlier, but everyone is different. Everyone reacts to different things differently. Consequently, what works for me may not work for you.Last edited by dbrock504; 06-15-2014 at 07:02 PM.

How did you figure that out already? You only posted yesterday that 2600 was barely getting it done, now today you know 2500 is the sweet spot?
You have now need to be doing refeeds. It sounds like you just started cutting, so they would do nothing more than slow down your already slow progress. A simple calorie deficit and hitting your macros is all you need.

Nope my tracking was pretty damn close because, I've been on an elimination diet so you're stuck with specific foods that are organic and clean and contain nothing hidden so it's impossible on this too lose track due to everything being so pure, I'd say before I was doing that my tracking would have been abit sketchy but that was months ago
