Incorporating rack pulls on back days with deadlift in a week (2.2k rep)

so i have never done rack pulls before and i thought of giving a shot. i only do heavy deads once a week and have been progressing good.

my program is a p/p/l which consists of 2 pulling days so how do i incorporate rack pulls into pull days?

If you don't train for powerlifting, you could substitute deadlifts for rack pulls on leg day and maybe add some light Romanian deadlifts or stiff-legged deadlifts on leg day.

Space out your Deadlift/RackPull/Squat days so you don't overload your CNS.

Like if your routine is Push/Pull/Rest/Leg/Push/Pull/Rest
Second Day would be Rack Pulls.
    Fourth Day would be Squats
    Sixth Day would be Deadlifts.

I prefer not having these intense exercises back-to-back. But it's up to you. Whatever works for me may not work for you.

As koweanguy mentioned your going to want to have adequate rest between deadlift/squat/rack pull days to make sure your getting the most out of each day. If your goal is to improve your deadlift with rack pulls you'll want to program it in a way that allows you to be freshest for deadlifts. For instance I usually do my deadlift day on Mondays then my 2nd pulling day comes on Thursdays where I do rep/speed work or rack pulls/heavy block pulls.
    Maxes-
    Deadlift- 565
    Squat- 395
    Bench- 300
    TOTAL- 1260
