brother wants to know whats happening!
he was originally 73kg then he went on a extreme diet and got down to 65kgs for a race. and now since after the race and a few months he is back to 73kg, but now he seams no matter what he does he cant loose weight!
all he is now is eating carbs and fats with little protein, where before all he was eating was porotein and fatrs and little carbs, can anyone explain this thanks!

Well that probably means he's eating more than his TDEE so he won't lose weight but on the contrary gain weight/fat.
He's probably exercising less, so he can have a lower TDEE than before.
And he's eating little protein, so it's optimal for muscles, that's why he may look less lean/muscular.
Conclusion: he's eating too much, not exersing enough, and doesn't eat enough protein.
Just my opinion.

so you think eating less protein makes his body hold more water due to more carbs and fats!
but the good thing is now that his performance has increased alot! and is now running faster and better at 73kg then he was at 65kg. btw both photos are him at the same weight of 73kgs, but the first one he has more muscle mass, where now he just looks like he dosnt have any at all!
i said to him that weight shouldnt matter, if he is improving well then dosent matter what he weighs!Owe my life to D thanks mate!
