We "liberals/libertarians" want there to be no rape, theft or murder. Murder can only apply to human persons, which an early stage pregnancy isn't. If you too are opposed to rape, theft, and murder of human persons then we have at least that much in common.

Yep. I still consider myself a classic liberal/libertarian though, and it's that philosophical framework which leads me to place so much value and emphasis on self-ownership and personal autonomy. Those values inform all of my ethical positions.
