Read from comments that the proteins are delicious tasting. What's the quality control like? Is Greg still the owner?

It was only last week when I realized that they rebranded themselves. What was the reason for this?

Some questions I would like to know before pulling the trigger on Lemon Meringue and Cinnabun.

Good luck getting an solid answer. I asked Greg if he had third party tests proving that Trutein had the amount of protein stated on the label and got nothing but a run around from him.

I'm like you, I am interested in buying some Lemon Meringue Pie but I've heard that their labels aren't completely true. Either way I would be nice if Greg could post some proof that his labels are correct.

Yeah but I was really disappointed with vanilla cupake batter. Never again. ON's cake batter was better, so that says a lot, considering I wasn't the biggest fan of ON's cake batter.

They changed its flavoring multiple times maybe PC can hook you up with a current sample, but either way the chocolate cupcake batter was/is my favorite.

But the point here is, it is the only 3rd party testing I have seen posted since I been on here.

I believe it was said CL recently redid the flavoring for Pronom, Scivation also posted third party tests on the whey.. you prolly know tho.

Truteins reputation was shaky just before the switch of company names. Yes, I'm pretty sure Greg is still the owner. Just the name changing, but don't know why.

As far as the mention if Pronom above, CL has a thread in the Company Promo section for free samples. They will send a free sample of the Vanilla Cupcake Batter. Check it out if you want to try again.

I personally like Trutein, it gets a lot of hate for a few issues. Some people suggest that the label is a bit shady and Greg had some past issues with quality control. At the end of the day, quality control issues happen. Move on. As for the label, people drink Phase 8 and it contains fillers... I believe somebody previously calculated the protein and it worked out to be about 5 grams less than what is stated on the label.

While I agree with this statement, another protein doesn't do anything for Trutein.

Always have and always will buy Trutein, favorite protein and tastes like Heaven, have every flavor right now, even Pumpkin Pie, Shamrock Shake and the new Lemon Meringue Pie. Can't say I have ever had any issues with them, and every company as far as I can tell has had a QC problem at some point, it happens.

True, but when you buy phase 8 you know it has those ingredients. When I purchase a protein I want to know exactly whats in it. Personally with the history of trutein I wouldn't buy it again. I got duped into that cycle of "it tastes good" a few years ago when it was god send on here. Never again.
