Its not hard, rlly. All you have to do is eat food, show up a few times a week, and dont be a lazy while lifting.

I was 110lbs and 5ft9 when I was 17.

Arms looked a little like yours, and were around 11inches thick.

I also have 6.5 inch wrists so my frame is still small, 15inch arms would look huge on me, I consider myself a 'smallish' built guy.


5ft10-11 and about 170lbs now (lost quite a lot of gains the last 7months, moved out/got a new job)
