Hi
Theres several videos on the stomach vacuum but they seem to have 2 kinds
Both take a deep breath and exhaling the air - however, one is while exhaling air, you pull your stomach in until your stop exhaling, and hold.
The other is the same, however, once you stop exhaling, you pull in your stomach in even further, then hold.
Which is the correct one?

when I go fast tempo I don't even care how I breathe. If I go slow tempo, I breathe out while contracting the ab, breathe in when it expands or after coming back to normal abs, this feels much more natural than doing the opposite.
