    Smile Cut or continue bulk?

    I have been bulking at 3k-3.5k cals since I started gym last march (Training for 15 months) and I am thinking of cutting over summer, than starting another clean bulk in around 3 months time. Strength gains are OK, nothing special though, I don't want to get weaker but I am happy with maintaining strength for a few months.

    Starting Weight :
    66kg ~ 12% Bodyfat (Estimate)

    Now:
    89kg ~ 16/18% Bodyfat (I might test it properly...)

    I have obviously got a little fatter, but I am not super worried about my bf%. I think cutting back to 12% and roughly 83kg might be the best plan, then clean bulking again. Alternatively, I can just continue clean bulking, aiming to gain 1kg a month for a few more months, probably to like 94-96kg then cut.

    mirin them gains,

    I'd probably bulk another 3 months for that extra mass before cutting

    that's just my opinion from a >170lbs guy

    Excellent work so far. Definitely stay in a bulk. I'd recommend at least 3 months, if not 4-5. Then do a proper cut and reveal all the new gains. You'll be a lot happier with this protocol.

    Thanks for advice guys, I think I will keep bulking, if I gain 2kg per 3 months (no fat) I will be atleast 94kg before I cut for summer.
