You can weigh yourself and estimate your bodyfat percentage all you want BUT when you really want to see the truth, get in front of your bathroom mirror, pull a most muscular pose or just tense all your muscles as hard as you can and jump up and down. All that jiggles is fat.
Trust me, it gives you an honest appraisal of where you are at

Started in April, 2013 at 212 lbs. Completely inactive at the time. Fat with zero muscle mass.
