Currently I have one of those old barbell sets with the sand filled weights, similar to this - http://i.ebayimg.com/00/s/NjAwWDgwMA==/z/OnMAAOxy4YdTW9Zv/$_35.JPG
The max amount of weight I have available to me is 150lbs. (this is maxed out with what I got to work with)
Currently doing ICF 5x5, which calls for Deadlift 1x5, but since my wieght I have to work with is so light, should I:
Do 1 set until failure?
or
Multiple sets (Maybe 5x5 instead of the called for 1x5)
Thanks for your input! (Shout out to InItForFitness)
PS - I am in the process of saving for an Olympic Barbell Set

Deadlift Question

150 lbs is way too light to work with.
I would just do a few sets to dial in form, some deficit or snatch grip dead lifts to get stimulation and maybe some Romanian dead lifts.
This means however, that you aren't really running the program.-Having a big tool box is great but it means nothing if you lack a set of standard screwdrivers and a hammer.
-The Pareto principle: 80% of the effects are from 20% of causes. All the other small details will only affect a small portion of results, 80% of causes will contribute to 20% of the effects.
