deciding to drop to ~2500 average after the last day tommorow
It's going OK. but I want to speed it up.
175/325/44 - high day : 175/525/33
~2500 average . still 4 300kcal cardio
My goal is to get lean, maintain for a good amount ~16 weeks while reversing a bit
and slowly prep to shredd status
feeling very motivated

In! Love that you're doing a slow process. I am finishing up my first 35 week prep and definitely looking to stay within 20ish lbs and prep for 20-24 next time.
Could be way off here, but the only thing that came to mind reading your opening was maybe to save cardio bumps for when they might be implemented best. Like, not just adding 200kcals steadily if it's not needed, if that makes sense? Just makes for probably a smoother prep for as long as possible

one thing I want to say. I think it's very important to be happy if you are going to embark on this type of journey.
Doing it for the wrong reasons is a recipe for disaster.. I know from past failures. I never been happier.. and it feels simple now.
Not easy. It takes sacrifices.. and to normal people those sacrifices are way too much. For me it's nothing
I don't mind going to BBQs... get togethers.. etc and not eating.
It doesn't phase me.
Thanks to people who are following/lurking
I promise nothing but amazing results.

today's eats so far.. 122p/118c/34f
I always make sure to save ~200 carbs for 11pm aka last meal
and first meal is usually 12-1
only eat 2 meals a day
2 chicken sandwiches .. 1lb of chicken and 2 servings light mayo on it
and milkyway bites
last night I had a box of gobstoppers to meet my carbs.
I tell you..this is torture... Not serious. Simple as hell, yes it takes some effort but not much.

it's just annoying with how weak I am. I am probably not competing by next year.
I'm not that strong, I have OK mass / enough to compete, but I feel I'm not ready
I have no idea about weight. I'm hoping I'll be pretty lean ~150
6-7% is the goal for now
After that I will slowly improve/gainLast edited by AntoineDufour; 07-17-2014 at 12:21 PM.

still around ~160 . Now is more of a patience game I'd say.. because I don't want to lower calories at this point.
Cardio is up to ~2000kcal total from 1200 start.
Looking better but still feel fat as fuuck
I'd say ~14% being realistic..
so still a good ~15 to go before I reach my goal, but I will probably go to ~145
