    Question Squat situation

Hey, atm I squat 80 kg, was about to go to training now and do 82,5 kg, ut I'm unsure whether I should apply more weight as of now, because I have a pretty big "buttwink". Should I fix this before moving up in weight? I reckon it'd take a long time to fix.

Yes, i'd fix your form before going heavier. As the weight goes up, your form will only become harder to fix, your risk of injury will go up. Even if it takes a few months to fix, you plan on training for the rest of your life right? Its worth it.

You might want to find out why you have butt wink first. How are you going to fix a problem when you do not know what's causing it?

Everyone should be able to squat to parallel at least without butt winking... but HOW DEEP past parallel may be limited to your anatomical structure (which you can't change) or your flexibility (which you can improve upon). If its the former then you should stop an inch before the wink happens. If its the later then work on mobility, which no one seems to believe in...
    Lower back control/arching:
    - Arching your back will not flatten out your lower back.
    - Lower back is arched by tilting your crotch towards your knees.

    Counterintuitive? 101% so!

    ---
A muscle can be either Medial to the midline or Lateral to it.
Therefore, there is no such thing as a medial/lateral delt.
Lateral delt or MIDDLE delt please...

I, for the life of me, don;t understand how anyone can not stretch and do mobility work. Hell you can even do it at home during commercials when you're watching TV.

We're all guilty of it ):
I use to scoff at the people stretching as I walk by... now I spend half my time lifting and the other half stretching, pre-habbing, and re-habing lol...

LOL, I must have been one of the lucky ones then. I was stretching from day 1. Though considering what I went through for 5 years prior to getting back into the gym I knew that stretching would keep me lifting for a lot longer.

I never stretch. I'm guilty of it. I know I should. I don't. I have always hated stretching, I don't know why. I need to start doing it, I have the flexibility of a dead dog

Fix it now, it will be harder to fix later.

Do mobility work. Do pause squats. Front squats.
-Having a big tool box is great but it means nothing if you lack a set of standard screwdrivers and a hammer.
-The Pareto principle: 80% of the effects are from 20% of causes. All the other small details will only affect a small portion of results, 80% of causes will contribute to 20% of the effects.
