So my questin is: I haven't been able to get into the gym for couple of days. I have some dumbbells and weights at my home, should I do fullbody routine and train at home? I could do: chest flyes, lat raises, barbell row, military press, curls, abs, etc... I have leg day tomorrow so do I benefit if I hit upper body now?

Hard question to answer, it depends if your going to the gym the day after leg day, and what muscles you plan to train that day.
If your focusing on a muscle group each day, and training them hard, then you should probably give them 3 or 4 days rest, before you hit them again.
Though if your a new lifter, and you do full body workouts at the gym, then I'd say it would be ok to do abit of upper body work at home.

sounds like you are not following any program. so yes do upper body now and just do little bit on leg, I would do some lunges. Since weights are pretty light, I would hit upper body again from the gym next day of your leg day if you can handle. Don't go crazy volume with those dumbbells, you will get the unwanted DOMS. I would also do some cardio just to increase activity level as well.
