Hello there guys.
I've been using Creatine Monohydrate from USN for 3 months. Last week I bought Big Bang 2.0.
I stopped with monohydrate because Big Bang has enought creatine.
Its my 7th day using Big Bang, but I feel that I'm getting weaker because I'm not using monohydrate or I'm just confused with it?
Thanks.

I believe the recommendation is 3.5-5g of creatine daily, regardless of where it comes from (PWO or Mono or whatever).
If your PWO has 5g creatine in it, and you're using it daily, this should be enough.
I'm not sure any PWO is recommended to be used 7 days per week though.....
On the days you dont use your PWO (if there is any), you should be supplementing creatine (most common form is mono as you've said)
