    Creatine replacement

    Hello there guys.

I've been using Creatine Monohydrate from USN for 3 months. Last week I bought Big Bang 2.0.

I stopped with monohydrate because Big Bang has enought creatine.

Its my 7th day using Big Bang, but I feel that I'm getting weaker because I'm not using monohydrate or I'm just confused with it?

    Thanks.

Is Big Bang a preworkout? The way you wrote your first post is a little confusing. The way I understand is that you bought a preworkout with creatine hcl and you are wondering if you should should go back to mono.

As far as creatine goes, all forms will pretty much illicit the same result.

Yes, it is a preworkout, but It has enought creatine for daily needs.

Should I use monohydrate 5g per day and Big Bang as preworkout?

I believe the recommendation is 3.5-5g of creatine daily, regardless of where it comes from (PWO or Mono or whatever).

If your PWO has 5g creatine in it, and you're using it daily, this should be enough.

I'm not sure any PWO is recommended to be used 7 days per week though.....

On the days you dont use your PWO (if there is any), you should be supplementing creatine (most common form is mono as you've said)

I would just use the mono on the days you don't work out.

if it has 6.2g of creatine mono per serving then you are good for the day. but as llahhsoj stated, you can just use mono on rest days.
