Not sure if this is the best forum but I'm going with it. Basically I got a bunch of new goals I want to hit by Labor Day or 9/1/2014 for non Americans. I put my current ability and my goal and I just want to know if anything here looks unrealistic. Hoping for the best with this but I want to be realistic in what is possible for someone my size currently and how much I can grow in the given time.
Weight Goal = 180lbs (consistently meaning over 180 for a week) Current 172lbs.
LBM Goal = 130lbs Current 124.4lbs
Bench Press Goal = 200lbs 1 rep Current 155lbs 1 rep
Squat Press Goal = 3x10 600lbs Current 3x10 450lbs
Bicep Curls Goal = 3x10 95lbs Current 3x10 75lbs (I've done 80 on a machine)
Tricep Dips (unassisted) and Pull Ups at least one set of 8 without needing to stop and good form

i read squat press, as leg press lol but guess I could be wrong.. but really low bench and amazing squat, if breaks parallel...
whats your Deadlifts at? should consider that as an important 1RM - curls shouldnt really be something you look for as a goal but eh your choice.
Depending on the routine, the Bench Press looks possible, squat... thats a HUGE jump in a short time.- US Army - 19D - OEF 11/12

When I say Squat Press its the Angled Squat machine where you are on your back. I would never expect to do squats with a barbell that quickly, but it might be possible to get close. My main wants are to get my bench up and my lean body mass up, so I actually have something worth cutting from. That might end up being a two year bulk instead of a one since I'm so low in LBM right now. Thanks for the replies though. At least it seems that my main concerns are possible.

ok that squat machine makes more sense lol, maybe.. not sure about progression on that machine.. just need the right program to constantly ramp up the weight so you can reach those.. (5/3/1 for example) ill praise that routine for awhile, i broke all my PRs last week.. but enough of me, Bench looks possible, Squat machine MAYBE? and the curls.. do you do pullups or chin ups at all... i would add chin ups to the routine, and attempted weighted.. if you can lift yourself up with added weight.. a bar should be no sweat.
EDIT:: For dips, really just do em more and more lol, throw some pushups into your routine to help chest strength.. Pullups can be helped by doing Wide Grip Pulldowns...- US Army - 19D - OEF 11/12

Your goal weight is definitely attainable, I'd argue you could do that in half the time so given some hard work the weight should be a given. A 45-pound increase in a bench press in less than three months is no easy feat. I would say the only way that is even a possibility is if you haven't been working on it very much recently (when that is the case you can make huge gains in the first few months).
Leg press (or squat press as you refer) is going to be another tough one. Again, I would say those kinds of gains are typically available to someone who hasn't lifted in a while or is getting back into the routine. That said I would say this would be easier to attain than the bench press.
The curls will be the most attainable of these three exercises. A 20-lb. gain is relatively realistic and some hard work and sweat will get it for you. I wish you the best of luck, even if you don't reach all of these just keep up hard work and you will get there in no time. Consistency is the key!
