Sup, haven't been up here for awhile but am going to try to start keeping my log online again. Current program Iam running is a combination of several. 5x5, 5x3x1, and straight up sets of 1. I ran 531 for about two years in the past and saw decent gains, however I always feel I respond good to high volume.
core lifts I usually do sets of no more than 5 reps, any auxiliary lifts sets of 10-15.
supplements vary..but always consist of a pre workout, aminos, and whey.
current 1 rep maxes are, bench - 405, squat - 495, deadlift - 515.
hope to have some videos added along the way.

goals - acquire as much strength as possible with a minimal body fat gain.
bench 450, squat 550, deadlift 600...one day lol
also would love to finally go to a competition this year.

current pre workout and amino is purple wraath and white flood. I think its killing my guts as I shiit like a river flows through it after I take these. anyone else take these and have that problem or is it just me? once I run out of these...on to something new!
