So my gym has these big metal bolt on "clips" and they weigh at least 1kg (2.2lbs) each, so do I count the extra 4lbs or not? I am still moving the extra 4lbs so I think I should count it...but thoughts?

If this is for like world records or you want to be extremely accurate about your lifting stats, then sure.
But the average barbell that claims to be 45lbs, isn't even 45lbs. Majority of them weigh anywhere from 42lbs to 48lbs. Honestly, I don't see the point.tfw stalled for 2 years gg
Lifts (weak):
Bench: 75lbs ->185lbs
Squat: 115lbs -> 225lbs
Deadlift: 115lbs -> 265lbs
