    can i still lose weight?

I was wondering if i can still lose weight if i dont have a strict diet, ill stay under in calories but all my meals wont be even. I wont be able to have like 600 calories a meal. The reason im wondering is because I have school and I work every day and I cant get in the best diet right now. So will it be possible to lose a pound or so a week? thanks

Obviously, you need a balanced diet...3500 calories=1 pound...so if you burn more calories in work and school than you consume, then depending on the difference, yeah, you could lose a pound a week

But yeah, without working out, some of it will be muscle

I have ran into the old, I don't have time to get the right meals thing a million times. You can figure out a way to do it so what you should be asking is how do I do it while on this schedule.

Absolutely. I lost a lot of weight while still only eating breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day, and it definitely wouldn't have been considered "clean" by this board. I was even able to cut down and see the abs. I just watched my calorie intake.
