    1st Time Bikini Competitor looking for trim down

    I am currently 10 weeks out from my first competition. I have a personal trainer who is helping me with my work outs and cardio routine. I am looking for an experienced coach who can help me trim down. I will note that I am pear shaped. I have been advised to take an estrogen blocker and I refuse to do this. Ideas?

    Whoever advised you to modify your natural hormones for a 1st time show is an idiot. Anyone can loose some fat via diet and some cardio. What are your calories and macros like now? What do you eat every day??

    Agreed.^^

    All you need is a proper calorie deficit, enough prep time to get stage lean and staying consistent with a solid training program.

    No supp on the planet will ever take the place of the above.
