    Nice job on the workout Snake! Doing deadlifts after front squats would completely kill me lol. I would probably not even be able to do a lot of weight on my deadlifts since my leg drive would be toast haha

    Training was done with only about 3 hours of sleep last night. Been having trouble waking up at night and not being able to fall back asleep. Weighed in at 210 lbs this morning. Need to stop stuffing my face with cookies and pizza. Doubt I would have even been able to get half that training done today without the Extrem. Back in the gym Monday for Legs/Shoulders.
    Lol'ed pretty hard! It has been rough for me lately too. With the lack of sleep/energy from the new baby I haven't been very good. I guess I am lazy and have no will power right now. Things are getting better and I plan on taking everything up a notch in a few weeks.

    Yeah, I'm pretty sure lack of sleep has something to do with my poor eating habits. Still pretty lean though.... So I can't really complain.

    Leg training went pretty good. First time squatting 305lbs in awhile. Shoulder training was weak. Took a nap before I went to the gym and I laid weird on my bad elbow and it was numb after I woke up. Pretty sore tonight, but as you can see elbow to increase reps as I did more sets. Keep bumping the bad elbow on everything and it kills. Right on the funny bone part..... Need to bounce back tomorrow.

    Went back to the gym and hit calves again today. 15-20 sets and walked a mile on incline. Have my next supplement order ready for next week. Ordering 2 48 servings of con-cret. Think it will help me get some strength back.....

    Thanks Bow. I like the Hammer Strength Equipment. Don't really use the HS incline too often, been using HS for chest more often b/c my beat up elbow. Helps to warm it up.
