Yeah, I'm pretty sure lack of sleep has something to do with my poor eating habits. Still pretty lean though.... So I can't really complain.

Leg training went pretty good. First time squatting 305lbs in awhile. Shoulder training was weak. Took a nap before I went to the gym and I laid weird on my bad elbow and it was numb after I woke up. Pretty sore tonight, but as you can see elbow to increase reps as I did more sets. Keep bumping the bad elbow on everything and it kills. Right on the funny bone part..... Need to get back up to the 105lb DB's. Got a long way to go.
Night Training
Went back to the gym and hit calves again today. 15-20 sets and walked a mile on incline. Have my next supplement order ready for next week. Ordering 2 48 servings of con-cret. Think it will help me get some strength back.....RELENTLESS
