Lets say I've been on strict CKD for four days. It has been suggested to have your first carb-up two weeks after you initially begin. So...lets say that on the fourth day from beginning my first CKD that I consume two high-carb cheat meals (two slimfast-type, HIGH(46g)-carb "weight loss" shakes). Will this set me back another two weeks from the day I can carb up?
Sorry...I was gone all day due to emergency and Kirkland "weight loss" shakes where all I had in my car. **** happens, but this has really demoralized me.

How much impact do high-carb cheat meals have on keto/CKD?

Don't get yourself down.
CKD is not like a 2 week diet where everything is perfect. Like everything in life, takes getting used to and getting better at.
First week in ckd is not what makes or breaks your ckd effort and fat loss ... It's whether you stick to your guns over next 12 weeks... and improving as you go along.
Like what people say... "it's not how you start but how you finish"
Cheers
