Just posted in the misc. My mistake for thinking i was gonna get a good answere. Anyways misc, I ate 2000 calories above my limit for my cut, yesterday night at a pizza party. They had like 27 diffrent kinds of pizza and nuttela pizza for desert. I couldnt keep my composure around these delights. What do misc? Do I starve myself? [thats not good; catabolism(?)] Do I spend the day doing tedious amounts of cardio [again, loss of muscle (?)] Or is it ok considering it as a refeed day? Started cuting on sunday at 2212 calories, 1 pound per week acording to LoseIt.
And also, how many calories is this bowl of Mac&Cheese with bacon and chicken (Just an estimate)(Spoon for scale)(tablespoon for that matter)
my avi is old so
IB4 OP is a skiny fuk

If I'm maintaining/cutting, and I've eaten much over my limit, I'll eat fewer calories the next day. For instance, if I'm cutting and aiming for, say, between 1900 and 2100 calories a day, and then one day I go over 2100, I'll just aim for 1700 to 1900 calories the next day. If it's been a big cheat (say, 3000 calories that day, even though I'm supposed to be cutting), I'll aim for 1700 to 1900 for the next few days and then go back to the "normal" cutting calories after.

You ate 2000 calories ABOVE your goal for the day? Are you serious? I'm going to be honest with ya man, you don't have the will power to cut effectively. You ate another entire days worth of calories almost. You want to know what you should do? I'd sit down and take an honest look at what your goals are and what you are willing to do to achieve them. Stop making excuses for eating like garbage. Your excuses are making better gains than you are. From right now start putting in the effort. You can't change the past but you sure as h*ll can change the future so get to it.

Fast for 1 day? I doubt you would have automatically stored 2000 calories worth of fat from that. Usually when you eat a large surplus of food in a single day your metabolism goes up to some degree to accommodate for the higher calorie intake.
And cardio does not burn muscle, where did you get that idea from? It may interfere with muscle gain if you are doing 1-2+ hours of intense cardio per day, but so long as you have sufficient calories it will not 'burn' muscle
