    I've never had cramps that severe but have you personally ever tried pickle juice? There's some wizardry about it that relieves cramps in minutes.

    I've heard pickle juice works.

    My uncle who ran track and high jumped at university of Oregon swears by mustard. Apparently he learned of it from his track buddy in high school and it works. He said in college he would carry around like 50 small packets of mustard in his bag lol

    OP just as big of a ******* as Lebron. Cramps...I've played in outdoor volleyball tournaments in direct sunlight at over 90 degrees for 6+ hours and never cramped because I'm not a potato and I know how my body works. Also, he's an even bigger ******* for sitting out.

    Cramps absolutely blow. I used to get them all the time when I was younger. I would drink so much water, eat bananas, but I would always get them.

    I remember one time I got cramps in both hammies at the same time. Not fun.

    Never had a legitimate leg cramp running track/cross country through HS, but finally got one in my hammy last summer when I was at a restaurant. Got damn they are awful, my whole leg just went straight and I couldn't do chit until it finally went away. You'd think he could just suck it up and play through it, but if it was anything like that there's nothing you can do until it goes away.
