Check out this Body Master decline. Unfortunately I can't pull the trigger on it.

YOu need an adjustable one that will fit in your rack.
Keep looking, stow away some cash, and get one...our approach using it will vary from previous trianingSquat: 1,040

Wes has done some work with it that I think would be suited for you
We do 2 weeks like always of the steep close girp
then a week with t in it's lowest positoin using the comp grip
Then the focus is one heavy ohp
We are having some good luck with Fabio...from Switzerland. He had to have knee surgery and is already hitting pr's in some of his lower body lifts but, th estress of decline is too much for his knee. SO, we do a speed template but the weight is a bit heavier.
He's hitting pr's again. We just have to be very mindful of not over training shoulders and it can be tricky.
The challenge for you, is working around the bicep issues with a 2nd pressing day.Squat: 1,040

In, looks like we have similar strength levels so going to follow along. I like the advice Wade has given on the squat a lot. Clear he knows his stuff, and his numbers certainly speak for themselves. Cool that you're working with him. That's a cool decline standalone but as mentioned you need one that will fit your rack. Look for the Hoist FID models. They make a good one. Might look into getting some monolift hooks to practice not walking out. I'm gonna have to train the other way around when I get around to another meet. So used to my hooks and not walking out I'll probably lose some pounds at the meet not having one.
Awesome that you got to meet and have a good interaction with Duffin, I have found some of his videos to be really useful.

Welcome to my log man. Working with Wade has definitely been a great experience along with a great learning experience.
I'll keep an eye out on the Hoist stuff. All of Duffin's videos have been tremendous in my own lifting. Dude is real cool to interact with in person.
If anyone is interested here is a video of my meet recap.

I have had mine for over 10 years. Wes has used it alot for incline work. We use it alot for db work.
I weighed upwards of 370+ during that time, Wes 340 or so.
It has been in my working gym for 10 years...
You will be fine and, it's a stop gar that can buy you 6 months while you find something better.
Then sell it for $50 and you're good to go but, this gets you in business, not perfect but, in business as quick as it's delivered and you put it together.
My benches that I use for decline were not cheap but, they needed some custom work to hold me and 500-600 lbs as well. That's not an invest ment I would expect. The one you used ot have is fine. We need the ability to adjsut levels.Squat: 1,040

I didn't say that...
It is not perfect...but, it will get you where you can decline and we need that. We need it STAT!
It's a stop gap until you can find a good adjustable. This is cheap, we are getting what we pay for. It's not going to respond like mine that are $500+./
Now, you don' thave to get it. I am trying to find a quick and temporary solution until the funding is in place and you can find a better one.Squat: 1,040

Already, looks like I am allowed to post here again without that stupid survey popup!!! Followed all your video postings on your meets, very nicely done, and the misses will just serve as motivation for your next week.

You are in the Portland area...my guess is there is a store that stock body solid or something comparable. It may be worth a drive to check it out. There are a couple of places here in Nashville.
You might do a search on the site and it may tell you.Squat: 1,040

I appreciate the info. That first link, www.americanfitness.net seems to have body solid proucts ranging from $120 and up for a decline set up. Buy new is always going ot be pricey vs used obviously. I'll just use these resources and hopefuly can pull the trigger when something comes up.

Just watched your video recap...I did find it interesting that you hit a 400lb DL warm up and then hit 425 but then jumped to 474 as your opening attempt. For me personally (Again, for me) I would have hit something like 400 then 440. The reason for that is the jump on your last warm up was only 25lbs but then you jumped basically 50lbs to your opening attempt. That is just my 2 cents and what seems to work for me.
Regardless, you have a great mindset going forward and have a great coach. #roadto1300
