My apologies if this is the wrong forum to post this, as this is a routine-critique post.
I was wondering if I'm having enough recovery time in my Routine.
To simplify it my basic routine is Powerlifting on M-W-F (with W being 1RM day) and Olympic lifting on T-H-F. (50%, 70%, 90% weights respectively)
On powerlifting days in the evening I do a small bit of jumprope and on Olympic lifting days I follow olympic lifts with interval conditioning and rock climbing in the evening.
Power lifting is broken up to day A and day B.

Hard to give an answer, if you have the work capacity to handle it, sure. If not no. Also what is the progression week to week? What's your overall goal as well. Have you done a similar program in the past. What programs have you completed in the past? Are you doing all 3 powerlifts on your strength days?

I'm pretty sure I could handle it.
Past exercise experience is SS, 5/3/1, lots of conditioning, calisthenics, ross-training stuff...etc
No real goal. I just basically enjoy exercising and improving in all possible areas.
Is 50, 70, 90% too high for olympic days? It's very low volume and strict on form.
I'm not sure I understand the question. What can I do for recovery?
