    Question about volume and recovery.

My apologies if this is the wrong forum to post this, as this is a routine-critique post.

I was wondering if I'm having enough recovery time in my Routine.

To simplify it my basic routine is Powerlifting on M-W-F (with W being 1RM day) and Olympic lifting on T-H-F. (50%, 70%, 90% weights respectively)
On powerlifting days in the evening I do a small bit of jumprope and on Olympic lifting days I follow olympic lifts with interval conditioning and rock climbing in the evening.
Power lifting is broken up to day A and day B.
    AxBxAxx
    BxAxBxx

Day A: Power snatch, Back squat 3x5, bench 3x5, Pendlay rows 3x5, Barbell flies 3x10, Hamstring curls 3x10
    Core: Weighted Crunch

Day B: Power clean, Sumo deadlift 1x5, OHP 3x5, Weighted chinups 3x5, Dumbbell bench, 3x10, Bicep curls 3x10
Core: Abdominal and Lower back workouts

    Monday:
    Maximal strength lifting
    Running

    Tuesday:
    Medium Olympic lifting--ICT
    Rock climbing

    Wednesday:
    Maximal strength lifting (1RM day)
    Mission Peak

    Thursday:
    Heavy Olympic lifting--ICT
    Rock climbing

    Friday:
    Maximal strength lifting
    Running

    Saturday:
    Light Olympic lifting--ICT
    Rock climbing

    Sunday:
    Rest

    Any feed back?

Hard to give an answer, if you have the work capacity to handle it, sure. If not no. Also what is the progression week to week? What's your overall goal as well. Have you done a similar program in the past. What programs have you completed in the past? Are you doing all 3 powerlifts on your strength days?

Why is most of your powerlifting maximum intensity?

RE volume: If you're making progress, great. If not it's probably because your training isn't super specific.
RE recovery: What are you doing for recovery?

I'm pretty sure I could handle it.
Past exercise experience is SS, 5/3/1, lots of conditioning, calisthenics, ross-training stuff...etc
No real goal. I just basically enjoy exercising and improving in all possible areas.

Is 50, 70, 90% too high for olympic days? It's very low volume and strict on form.

I'm not sure I understand the question. What can I do for recovery?

I guess one other question I have is if I should have olympic lifting on the same day as weightlifting. Giving me one day or rest in between. Or is separating them better.
