I want to try baking healthy desserts (muffins, brownies, cookies, etc.) and I need a very good tasting chocolate or chocolate-ish whey
I've only ever tried ON whey and allmax, neither tasted particularly incredible. I'm not overly concerned if a protein has an extra couple grams of sugars/fat, as long as it tastes amazing.
I've heard great things about BSN and Dymatize in terms of taste
So any recommendations? Would be great to hear a sort of consensus.
Thanks for any help

Like how you guys think! Love the molten chocolate, one of the richer dark flavors on the market
I am a big fan of the XF 2.0 Triple CHocolate, Pronom Chocolate, Scivation Chocolate as well. BioX Choc PB Swirl is something to venture into as well
Cellucor is light, raises great, and makes a great final baked products.

the best protein powder to bake with, HANDS DOWN, is myofusion probiotic
Rice protein is super fluffy, it has a texture similar to wheat flour... it bakes moist and fluffy
Probiotic is heat stable - you can cook the product and the probiotic is still alive and well
Pictured below is a banana/sweet potato/protein powder cake - it literally was epic, and had no added fats besides two eggs

The old dymatize xt was pretty decent too, not too sure about the new formulaYou can't get much done in life if you only work on the days when you feel good.

impressive picture! that must of taken quite a bit of time... imagine if those brownies were fluffy and light tasting instead of dense and kinda-dry?
I'm comparing Myofusion Elite to Myofusion Probiotic to Isofusion ---> Probiotic provides fluffy, light baked goods, it's absolutely epicSenior Gaspari Board Rep/Brand Ambassador

If you are going to cook with it, it probably won't matter much as other ingredients can help you tweak the taste. Additional cocoa powder, vanilla extract, a few chocolate chips, milk, sweetener of your choice, etc can be used in baking to make the end result much better than what you could do with a shake.
